Recently I got inspired to try out the December Adventure and so here we are. ;-)

Goal

I want to get some things done again with my Smederee darcs hosting project. Maybe I’ll finally get to untangle the whole email mailing list issue…

2023-12-01

• updated some dependencies
• added experimental support for Ed25519 ssh keys :-)

2023-12-02

• experimented with integrating the Pijul DVCS in addition to Darcs
• read up on ForgeFed to maybe implement ActivityPub

2023-12-03

• added a full name field for the user account data
• prepared for adding organisations and teams

2023-12-04

• experimented with base code for more fine grained permissions

2023-12-05 - 2023-12-31

• add permission model to model privileges via role based access control
• several dependency updates
• add base model and rudimentary functionality for organisations
• take several albeit fruitless approaches to email mailing list integration
